Meet Corcilla Cellars

Locally-made wines that are unapologetically one-of-a-kind.

Why paint with one or two colors when

you could use the whole damn rainbow?

Making wine with just the grapes that grow in your region can feel like trying to paint with just a few colors. Sure, you can do some things well, but what if you’re trying to paint something outside the box, like an impressionist landscape? Or a mural of sea creatures in space? Or an adorable portrait of your dog in formalwear? Ok, we’re getting a little off topic… But the point is, more options lead to more creative wines.

At Corcilla Cellars, we source our grapes from the West Coast’s top growers. And because we can hand-pick what we want from every vineyard, we’re not limited by our region. Instead, we get to mix-and-match flavors for unapologetically unique wines.

Meet The Team

Cassandra, owner and winemaker at Corcilla Cellars, specializes in locally-made wines

Cassandra

Founder + Winemaker

Cassandra’s winemaking journey began the way the best stories do: with an opportunity and a leap of faith. After dinner with a renowned Napa winemaker, she was offered an internship and spent the next three years learning the rules well enough to break them.  Whether she’s touring vineyards, doing late night punch downs, or sampling the product (quality control matters!), you can be sure she’s doing it her own way. As Corcilla Cellars founder and winemaker, Cassandra brings the laughter, ridiculousness, and passion that makes everything else possible. She’d be the first to say that winemaking isn’t always glamorous (and almost never easy), but there’s nowhere she’d rather be and nothing she’d rather be doing.

Erin, Tasting Room manager; locally-made wines

Erin

Tasting Room Manager

The other side of the Corcilla sister duo powerhouse, Erin’s here to serve people great wine and teach them about winemaking while she’s at it. In her role as Tasting Room Manager, she brings the energy and makes sure that everyone who comes in feels like a VIP.  Erin has learned about wine, both in the classroom and hands-on in the cellar. She helped with her first harvest in 2022 and loves teaching folks about Corcilla’s wines, how they were made, and what makes them special.

Henry the wine pup, connoisseur of locally-made wines

Henry

Wine Pup

Just a true blue winery dog who’s living his best life. Always down for walks, treats, and cuddles. His toxic trait is being a total bed hog, but we’ll let it slide because he’s so adorable.

A glass of one of Corcilla Cellars' locally-made wines

Sometimes, you just need a really good glass of wine

And that’s what we’re here to pour. No white-glove service and sommelier-speak. Just super chill, fiercely unpretentious (and did we mention delicious?) wine. Whether you can tell the difference between a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Tempranillo, or you just know that you like reds more than whites, we’ve got you.
